Meh, I expected more from someone with his wealth. Looks like some boring ass pad made up with some toys and art but nothing original. The only thing impressing me is that Han Solo, but if I had that money I'd pay to get one done of ME in carbonite. |

I'm sure he's a great guy but that kinda looks like a grad student with a too much $$$ and little idea . . . (IMO) Koziks studio set-up blows it outta the water! |

From the pics, Im impressed. Really nice collection; he has some style. But coming from J Hahn, Id expect somthing a little more, some of his stuff and presentation looked a little "plain" |

Something about WK really bugs me...seems like "eBay art" or something. I'm a hater. |

---NT--- wrote: Something about WK really bugs me...seems like "eBay art" or something. I'm a hater. Just a bit of context WK was doing street art in NYC before it became the "Movement Du Jour". He was doing work back in the early 90's when I first moved here. I think it was Dan Witz Costs and Revs and WK and who were the pioneers of all this kind of stuff. Sure its pretty played out now but so is punk rock. PS wasnt Joe Hahn a member here before he was chased away by haters? |

abelincolnjr wrote: PS wasnt Joe Hahn a member here before he was chased away by haters? Really? Damn that sucks. I dont really see whats to hate about the guy unless peeps were jealous or if Joe was preaching about western vinyl on here. And from the looks of the pictures, he has just as much love for the toys and art as many of the people on his site do |

With his money why not just have usugrow and pus come to your pad and do a collaboration piece your wall? Fuck buying art they already made. Good thing I don't make that kind of money, my house would look ridiculous. |

I think some of that might be because he's in a band touring a lot of the time, so his pad look like a show home more than somewhere a person lives. The guy below me in my building is in a band and his place looks kinda similar...really sparse, kinda generic as he's never there to really appreciate it. Is he really that loaded? I know LP for some unfathomable reason are big |
