Here's my BxH and SB collection so far..

I know my pictures can appear a bit too "studio-like" but I wanted to try to present them well, and it took me quite a long time :) I'll eventually post some pics of them in their "natural environment" as I don't have any Detolf or what not, They are a bit everywhere in my flat..

All my BxH pieces have been chased with so much excitment and passion, I'm really happy to finally be able to show them to you !

Bounty Hunter Giant Mekaru Kun Black (2002), and Coletto-fu (100% and 50%)

ugh! i have NO idea where to start besides that they are all beautiful toys :D
!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one major question: how is it that they all look so bluish instead of their more natural yellow?

i really have NO idea besides that perhaps all of my figures (and the ones i see pics of) have aged (sun/smoke) WAY too much!

anyway, beautiful pics. bxh - thing(s) of beauty! :D

you are a great board member Nico :D

oops! ps, by "blue" i mean, they look so white/clear. hope that makes sense :D

Thank you all!

Jackie, I'm not sure what you speak about, but yes, the white on my BxH pieces is really white and not yellow, I was lucky enough to find pieces sealed still most of the time :)
I also just changed a bit the contrast and the light on most of the pictures, but nothing crazy!

Thanks for the kind words :)

No need to downplay that your pictures as being a bit too "studio-like". :D
Great photography and you have a very good eye. Very cool.

If you end up doing outdoor shots, the BxH monster sets might possibly work in an old graveyard setting...

thats a great idea... i used to live next to huge, rambling old graveyard. would look really awesome! the graves weren't even organized.

yeah nico, i think most peeps u will talk to will tell you their bxh clear toys have at least a yellow tinge. u r lucky to get ones that haven't aged!
love em either way, bxh kicks major arse no matter... :D

Holy cow!

That is one sharp collection there.

How'd you come by the Kid Hunter? And how much? That one happens to be the top-of-the-list figure to buy for me :D

great looking photos mang!

the kaws bxh looks more off white in your photos that I had thought. that piece is really growing on me!

Thanks, yes as Kaws said on his blog, it's "bone white", and to have it in my hands today, i can confirm it's totally off white, like cream.. I really really like it, it's an original version of the skull-kun imo!

What camera rig and lighting did you use for these shots Nico? You definitely have skill in your composition and lighting.

Thanks!

I'm using my regular Nikon Coolpix 5000 which has a great macro lens! Light is actually daylight :) I'm glad you like the shots!

Great shots nicododo! I've been shooting with Coolpix cameras since 99 and don't plan to stop. With such a great collection I'm curious how you arrange them in their... natural habitat.
