every once in awhile, a toy comes along that is just so out there, that i cant possibly live another second without it, even though its out of the realm of what i typically collect. this is one of them.

marmit koura (spelling?) from the 2009 lucky bag. the fact that its a cow monster is great, and the clear red glitter vinyl is very nice, and i love the hooves (i guess he would use a lot of straws?), but the thing that takes this figure over the top and into 'must have' territory is the expression. this guy is just happy to be here! if it was sculpted with a more serious or angry expression i wouldnt be into it.

anybody else have any recent goofball pick-ups?

cow-monster is my favorite new marmit in a long time. awesome. more monsters should have hooves...

this bearmodel alien Kyuras would have to be the goofiest of my recent goodies. his big silver flat head, pink body and facial expression are just... inexplicable. And those adorable little pointy shoes...

When I first saw photos of that cow monster a while back I felt the same way. It just looked so ridiculous with that smile, I couldn't help but like it. Where can I get one besides a Marmit LB?

Well, someone had to tell you this...Cows are girls and Bulls are boys (boy cows have horns). So technically you have a 'Bull monster'.

The perfect toy to ring in the Chinese Year of the Ox (Ox's are boys too) btw.
