That is the stupidest shit I have ever heard to justify gouging, if you don't want people to buy your art, don't sell it. I like this stuff even less now and I didn't think that was possible. hahahaha. |

Until Katope states he doesnt like to sell his art this is pure hearsay which this forum seems to love. What is he doing selling customs and art every year at SDCC and at most of the shows Gargamel are at? I have seen a ton of KaToPe art that is cheap ($30 framed + $70 framed etc) and he always seems to be giving it away too. This piece was no more pricey than similar HP's by other artists. Please post any Katope art, zags, miboras, angel birds etc. Lets get back to toys not gossip. |

I will try to take a better picture and post it in the next few days, but the painting in the background is vintage katope, size 3' x 4" on board. Used to hang in the Gargamel store.
