I got the Kun about 8 years ago I think. That Caspar piece I bought at a gallery show like around the early 90's. some artist from san diego, all his pices are backpainted on plexi and involved Harvey Comics characters and sex ad text. really cool stuff, never heard about him again after that show. cannot remember his name. |

Hikaru offered mehis last one when I was in Japan on a trip. I didnt buy it, and when my wife found out she got super pissed, and by then, a week later it was gone. So she got on Yahoo Japan and found this one listed for sale in Osaka and it took a crazed overnight frenzy to buy it, get a guy to crate it and pack it and ship it to us. It was a guy that was over there working for Lev i seem to remember. Anyways it was a crazed acquisition. Iy actually is my wife's, since she did all the work to get it over here. fucking crate was enormous. |
