Felt a thread like this was vital (surprised I couldn't find one, though I may have misnavigated). Post any and all your Toho monsters!

Well, it's not that it's not warranted - Toho definitely needs respect and love - I think it is more just that so much of it is covered by the entire scope of SB (or at least ought to be). In the same way that a Tsuburaya creations thread would be so all-encompassing, it's just hard to lump it all together in a single discussion.

But hey, who am I to defend the board; this place has my brow decently furrowed these days.

I think I feel you, however, there also seems to be a surplus of threads in the showoff forum (202 pages worth), many of which don't make it past a few pages, some so restricted they're dedicated to a single purchase of a lone collector. I think it could use some compression from time to time, more threads dedicated to a broader spectrum with greater potential longevity.

Considering the typical attitude and expectations of the community, we sure let it get messy around here. :P
