That's the caveman by Sunguts the came in GID too, you can see his nuts under the loin cloth.

those are a late 90's re-release of the original old ones (which are larger). If memory serves correct. I think theres also plaster ones.

The characters are NOT bxH ones, they are an old comic strip...BxH did a 'version'
