Post subject:  Taking a break
Hey all

I would like to say that you guys have been great to me !!

But very soon, once I finish up what I'm obligated to, I will be taking a break from customs to get back to illustration. Its been far to long since I've had the time to get back to drawing and and painting and I miss it so.

So sadly I can no longer take commissions. Not for quite some time. And I may have to send some stuff back to people as I wont have the time to get around to it.

Now I will not be completely stopping. I will randomly throw up a paint when I feel inspired. But not as much I am now.

I hope you all understand, I just need a little while to refresh and take a change of direction to grow.

Hopefully good stuff to come :)

Change is good. Taking a break from somethings is often the best thing you can do. Hopefully you will be posting your illustrations i would really like to see what you are capable of.

Go for it Lash, change is always a good thing ! I've been thinking along the same lines myself. Feeling more like I need to be focused on my painting more than anything. Fall-winter is always great for for my art. :D

Aw man........does that mean a certain Goga is gonna be naked for a while? I guess it's my own fault for holding out so long, but we all need a break now and again so it's good to hear. You gotta keep us posted on your illustrations too.

I will definitely miss seeing your customs Lash, but a break is totally understandable. As an artist you want to continue to grow. Sometimes that takes taking a few steps back and applying your focus somewhere else. Strong move and I'm sure some amazing work will result from your change in direction. I'm sure if or when you continue your custom work it will look just as amazing if not better. Good Luck!

Be sure to post some of your artwork. I'm lots of Skullbrainers would love to see it.
