one i am working on today. started as plain flesh flat black with red/silver fur highlights. eyes are plain silver. i wanted to ask what or even if the fingernails and toenails and teeth should be painted. i feel like this needs something more - more color? highlights or something on the scaly looking areas? please give any input and help with my learning process! angelic sanda is coming soon

flat white with varying shades of gloss gold. darkest golds are top of head, shoulders, hips and crotch. the man with the golden crotch the gold doesn't come across perfectly in the photos... it looks yellow even though i used no yellow all in all i have to say i like the results of silver vcolor better than gold for sheen and coverage and if i were to do it over, i think i would go for a gloss white base on this one

How well did you mix the gold ?? Gold is really nothing but silver and clear yellow. So to get a really gold either mix the 2 seperate or REALLY shake up the gold before you use it. If you still see some silver on the bottom of the bottle keep shaking. Great customs though ! |

Great customs though ! i thought i mixed it pretty well, but maybe just not well enough.. the gold and silver both had a lot of solid stuck around the top thanks! |

There are tons of awsome custom paints posted here, many of which I have liked immensly but these really struck home for me. I dig those totally. They are perfect as is, the gaira is hardcore. I like the simplicty, thats just the way I roll. |

LASH you called it a thorough shaking to the gold made it a completely different paint. the gold looks so much better went back and added to the original gold and gave a light misting to the brick looking areas of his skin for a very pale yellow and the hint of glitter a couple before and after before
after

what a difference a shake can make |

Glad to help Wow what a huge difference. I actually think the yellow with gold spray actually looks much better than a sold or either. It gives it some contrast ! Also try silver with clear orange overlay I have to say that these 2 customs are so killing it. I really cant say just how much I like these ! |
