Post subject:  advice on how to do a paint rub on chaos

I got one of the blank white chaos today and plan on customizing it soon. Can anyone give me some advice on how you best execute the paint rub techniques that were used on the fighting spirit chaos. I want to keep the chaos predominantly white, set it off with some light yellows to match the eyes and other soft greens, maybe some baby blues and other light colors. keep the color pallete very light and bright, to blend into the white, so I'm hoping it's possible to get the paint rub down without adding color to alot of the white vinyl. Any good advice will be appreciated.

choose your darkest color in your palette as the base color that will show up in all the nooks and crannies after you do the rub down. Darkest cause you kinda want to have that contrast....maybe.

paint the entire figure in that color. then take a rag with thinner and rub off the majority of the paint leaving the rest in the before mentioned nooks....

highlight with your other colors....

one way at least....

looking forward to seeing your Easter Egg Chaos...!!!
