I know it's a 45 adapter but first thing that comes to me is Stereo skatebaords.

it's all good I just wish the red one at the very top did not have the font...

the adapter image by itself would be dope...

I just altered a font I got off of the computer and altered it a bit.

I painted these, kind of, in response to a kid I met on tour.
I was wearing my 45 Adapter belt buckle.
This kid told me he liked my buckle and then asked -
"That's From The Movie 'The Matrix' Right ???"

Thus I have vowed to educate the young about the wonderful world that was vinyl.

It IS exactly the same. I think what some of you are not realizing, is that this used to be a fairly common item. Many have used it in logos, but it is not a registered trademark.

It is an adapter that is used to hold 45 rpm albums on a record player. Hence - "Adapt". I am not biting off someone else's logo because it is not a logo.

Please type in "45 Adapter" into Ebay and see all the cool vintage ones that come up.

I am working on a series based on older audio. My next series of paintings will include Headphones, Casette Recorders, and *gasp* Reel to Reel Tape.
