so did you do a coat of silver first? or did u just mix your paints with silver?

lots of colors. i guess loud metallic colors for the minis give it an edge.

Lookin good. If you think u need to add something maybe put some dark colors to make the other colors pop

edit: i misread, thought you want to make the colors work better...but in fact you want to do the rainbow chaos. oops

It's really nice. I wonder why you feel that you're not getting it right? It's not your fault that you can't have the same color of base vinyl as the Rainbow. It looks like you've paid close attention to where the colors were sprayed. Besides, children always look a little different from their parents. :-)

Actually D, the base vinyl is the same as the Rainbow Chaos.
Both are a Pearl Red.
Painting this guy was an experiment with using metallic colors.
I can't get it as vibrant and shiny as I wanted.
He was fun to paint though.
