I like it!

Was that done using GID paint, or did you melt down some glow bbs and pour the glowy goo inside? ( I've been wondering if that would work, just haven't wanted to sacrifice anything in the name of science!).

The effect kind of gives his fingers that RxH bulbous fingertip look...

It is just GID paint pourd inside. I wish it was blue but I was too impatient to wait and order some blue gid paint : ) what I really truly want is a blue glow bagman but I knew what I'd get and I'm happy with it.

it might be tough to make it glow blue since it has a base of green already. if you want to make it...ummm...bluer, you should add some ink. the down side is that you will be diluting the gid paint so it won't glow as strong :(
but that's only if you're impatient...hehehehe.

No I know this ones a done deeal w the green. Maybe ill try another in the future. Maybe. The brand of paint I used said if you mix'd it w flourescent colors you could get a diffrent glow color. So I got the blue and tried, but it still seemed greenish, and as you said it weakened the glow so I nix'd that idea. I got a link to some colored glow paints so I may experiment w them in the future.

I wish they'd make a clear one that glows blue, there's a skeletin ish toy that's like that iv seen somewhere. Forget the name tho, something beginning with a g?

There is a clear Galtan that has a bluish glow, but it seems like somebody said that it isn't very strong...

Aside from the toxic factor, how hard would it be to melt down gid bbs? I have no clue what the melting temperature is...

I can't see my wife letting me do that in the kitchen anyway, so I suppose it is a pointless inquiry anyway...

I'mna venture a guess and say that you couldn't melt plastic into a pourable state in your kitchen. I think the best alternative would be to mix glow powder into resin.

There are a couple kinds of plastic that are designed to be melted down at home for sculpting/craft purposes (I know there's one in the US called Friendly Plastic), but it usually just gets malleable, not really pourable. And I don't know of any that come in GID, either. Resin would also be really tough to get a uniform coat on the inside of a vinyl unless you wanted to just fill the entire figure with resin.

Sounds like paint would be the best idea to get a good-looking coat.
