Hey guys, I'm in the final stages of a sculpt I've been working on for months now and am looking for someone to make a couple resin copies for me. I thought I'd try to recruit some SB talent here first, before I have to find someone who I don't have any ties to.
I've spent a lot of time on this, and I need someone trustworthy, who can do a perfect job, no seams, no air bubbles. There are 4 seperate pieces I need casted. If you are able, or know someone, please hit me up so we can discuss. Thanks.

You should give it a try yourself! That's half the fun! You can get a pressure pot if you're worried about air bubbles.

You'd of thunk we'd get a "How To" thread on this already so we can ALL make crappy toys to ruin with paint ourselves!

Theres a basic guide here, the sculpt he uses however is very simple so I don't know if it would work for you.

Appreciate it Winu, but yeah, that sculpt is simpler than mine. I guess, I'm just afraid to try it on this project, just because I've invested so much time I'd hate to fuck it up now. If it was just something quick or junky I'd mess around casting it and wouldn't be afraid to do damage, but not this time.

Anyway, since I haven't had any takers yet, I thought I'd make things a little clearer, I wasn't looking for anyone to undertake the project free of charge. I am willing to pay $. Let me know.

What did you sculpt with? If it's sculpey I don't think you'd easily mess up your sculpt by making a silicone mold. Your mold might not come out great, but you can always make another one if you mess it up the first time.
And if your sculpt is softer (like wax) and could be damaged during the mold making process then wouldn't it also be somewhat likely that it would get damaged if you were to ship it?
