Probably not, but whatever. When i first registered i posted a picture of something i was goofing around with, and a few people showed some interest and asked to see more. After 3 months of intense projects i finally snuck in another hour of goofing. original image current If people show interest again I'll update here when there is progress. brutherford |

thanks since it is digital, it can be as big or as small as i want it to be. I just prepared a file for rapid prototyping at 12", i want to take the hard model and then assault it with some clay for the boots and arms. brutherford |

And are your going through a 2nd source to get them produced? Just curious. Again, LOVE the design and how it all came out! KILLER work man! |

Thanks for the compliments... These were digitally modeled using a few different programs. i am fortunate enough to have a lot of cool tools and toys so i'll switch it up from standard 3-d modeling software to digital sculpting software to traditional sculpting depending on the details i need to get and which tool suits them best. the physical model was generated with a 3-d printer the material is an acrylic photo-polymer. I did a little more post printing sculpting to get the details just right before paint. No outside services were used and as of now there is no one in line to produce them. but.... This thing was literally just delivered to me 20 minutes ago!!! inside emco by BryanBrutherford, on Flickr |

Onion wrote: Did you produce that whole batch with just the emco? If so...holy shit! i did... it wasn't that bad, i was running multiple independent cavities so i could change out molds once the materials began to setup but before the full cycle was complete. I got really efficient, i can pretty much make them in my sleep at this point. |
