Post subject:  a painting a day

some might be interested in this. i've decided i need to get back into painting, so i'm forcing myself to do a painting a day. they're all 8x8 and done in corel painter, and i'm only allowing myself 30 minutes to work on each. i don't expect anything awesome to come of them since they're done so quickly but it should prove interesting as time goes on.

here's the first 5, and i'll be adding each to my flickr as i go

let me know what you think, and if you don't think much of it let the thread die

I dig the Mothman one (the 2nd one). Very cool! I don't know how anyone can paint on a computer. I just can't do it.

I knew a tattooer who did a watercolor painting a day for a year. It was pretty amazing. Wish you all the luck, I am a man of habit and appreciate the commitment.

They're up on my flickr. I didn't want to big down the board by posting them all here. I still need to upload yesterday's. I'll add it after I do today's painting
