thanks bert for the PM.
i don't collect rxh figures. never have followed that line or anything that company does.
i stumbled upon the superposition figure while browsing the s7 site looking for figures to customize.
i hit up s7 josh about buying it for purposes of customizing it for the show, took advantage of the discount for customizers, and then painted it up. probably some kind of misunderstanding or miscommunication.
i already sent all the pieces on their way to s7, so i'll let them handle it from there.
in the meantime, i hope you enjoy the customs.

i was under the impression that realxhead produced toys for other companies were okay to paint on
for example, popsoda :?:

I asked about Popsoda and Ichibanboshi figures but was denied :(
I was planning on a Popsoda but I asked just to be sure. Maybe Glenn can pop in and shed some light on the matter.

I like how there is a sort of gradient with the lighter blue splatter being less intense from top to bottom.

I like the color on this one but the paint texture seems to hide the textures in the figure a little bit---probably less so in hand than photo.

yeah, there is a gradient from darker blue and purple to lighter blue towards the top. it's more evident in person. it was an afterthought to make the gradient, because when i looked at it the coloring looked too flat.

also, scotty, thanks for the kind words. yeah, it definitely looks different in person regarding the texture. in person you can still see the underlying sculptwork. was having lighting issues as i was trying to snap some pictures.

one last thing, i wanted to give a shout out to the nice dude over at blindboxed.com who was kind enough to post up this custom on his site and give this show some more exposure. very flattering and much appreciated! thank you!
