The airbrush has long been the preferred tool when it comes to painting Japanese vinyl toys. From the Bullmark vinyls of the 70's to Super7's Snakes of Infinity line, the soft spray of an airbrush lends its self perfectly to the aesthetic of Japanese Sofubi. The fine people at Iwata-Medea have graciously sponsored Super7's "It Came From Skullbrain" show. Iwata-Medea has been providing creative tools for creative people for over 30 years in North America. One of the artists of "It Came From Skullbrain" will receive a brand new Eclipse HP-CS airbrush & hose, a Iwata workshirt, stencils and stickers. We will pick a name at random the night of the show.

Winner does not have to be present but that would be sweet.
The stencils are all sorts of different things(gears, camo, crocodile). Not sure if it would work well with toys but I know you guys are a ingenious bunch so you'll figure something out.

I won. It is awesome. Thanks so much Alex, Lee, Josh, Glenn, Kirkland and to the folks at Iwata. This has been a great show. SO many incredible pieces and the photos really made the show vibrant. I don't know who got the shirts, but they weren't in my size anyway.
