Has anyone ever used these paints: http://www.cartooncolour.com/catalog/index.php ? From what I understand they are for vinyl animation cells and should bond/stick quite well to the material, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them, especially as an alternative for the increasingly-elusive V-Color? |

Uh, pretty much every contemporary pop artist uses them to some extent these days. Go on easy, and give a rich opaque when you need it. |

Don't these paints dry, and remain a bit tacky? |

You do something called "puddling" where you kinda dab in a circular motion. You don't want to spread it around like acrylic. They mix well, you can add a little water, and it dries fast. |

Great info; are these paints light fast (UV resistant)? Now I want to get some and see what else I can abuse. |

I've wanted to get some of these for a loooong time, I've just gotta shell out the dough. I am curious about airbrushing with them as well... |

OK, one last round of questions before I bite the bullet and buy some paints... these will airbrush OK and like any other paint? What should I use for thinner/cleanup with these paints? I assume they mix normally as well... can't think of any reason why they wouldn't. |
