I spoke to Steve and Brian before doing this and was pleased I got the go ahead from both as I really wanted to see some Super7 vinyl in those auction catalogs. Piece for next Phillips de Pury Auction - "Capt. Dokuwashi" Painting is 10 1/2" x 40" "Red Doku Skull" Toy is 9" Dokuwashi - Yeah I've had a weird thing for sappy patriotic images/graphics lately and toys that look like X-mas trees when you paint 'em green.

That's a perfect pair. Are they going to be listed as one lot? Love that Dokuwashi! The very best Doku customs I've see were painted by Lee. |
