Typically yes, but I decided to go for a pale green instead of closer to white for the body suit, as I figured it'd be alot harder to work with the highlighting and such with a white base suit color. He's minty Mar-vell. |

That cel vinyl paint looks like good stuff.... is it gloss, matte, in-between? |

100% Matte... it's the flattest drying paint I've ever seen. |
