"Bogey" is the Italian name of the creature which children are afraid at night.
... Your Boogeyman!
so I imagined it
I'm not very good at sculpting, and I do not know the right materials to create prototypes.
I used skulpey but it makes no details.
it is too soggy, not stick well ... or maybe I am not able
let me know...

I like the gloppy texture on the body, despite that we've seen sludge monsters a-plenty.
Not sure if you should combine it with the orange peel surface (which I also like) on the head, though... maybe use that on a different sculpt? Let's see some paint to tell for sure!

is not sludge but rotten wood or roots, and now I will add a nice neck of hair.
colors will be shades of wood and red lips

Super Sculpey II is good for fine details... dig the sculpt so far, and I feel your pain with normal Sculpey not taking details well.

The textures of the body and the head are so different it disturbs me.

Very good effort!
The head sculpt is great. Love the nose and lips and ball shape but maybe consider other eyes. Droopy eyes somehow not working for me.
You might want to bring the texture of the head down to the body to blend in. Might want to add more torso and shorten the legs, it looks too Smurf-like. Hands kinda look like Smogun?
Just my humble opinion. :D

Originally I thought of making small, hairy body (like woo monster) with big head ... like what you see in the picture.

unfortunately are not able to create hairy effect.
I try again

Firm is what I meant to say. :) Much better for details. You can tell that I'm mostly new to Sculpey as well, because I can't even remember the names.

The way it's sculpted..it reminds me of a madball with the head popping body.

thanks to everyone for the advice ... I'll still need it when finished the model and I'll try to create resin molds.

MonstreHero
what an honor!
I love your work!
I think in future I will ask you some advice and instruction on molds and resins.
Where can I buy (online) the spulpeys you have mentioned?

Thanks for the compliment!!!! Your designs are pretty fun.
I usually just get a 1 pound brick of each and mix them by hand, but compleat sculptor has a nice premixed sculpey. I can't get a link to the page but it's called "ProClay Super Sculpey Soft" and their site is http://sculpt.com/ I'm not sure about their int'l shipping tho.
