I painted this Mutant Evil at the end of school, before the epiphany that was Monster Kolor arrived. I painted this guy with Cel Vinyl acrylics, and was trying some more loose sprays and color fades, and another ‘real-type’ look using a muted color palette. The skin is glossy and the denim-colored shorts and wrist-bands are matte, and the two different finishes really add to the effect overall.

Your colorway here is in very good taste, I really studied it and will check it out again, thanks for sharing it.

Thanks. The palette and layout were inspired by some interesting crayfish I observed in a bio class at school.

It looks kinda like the real head Header card Mutant evil to me. I still can't believe how glossy MK paints come out. But it's looking good ben!

 You know, I read the description back when the thread was first posted, but totally forgot when I got around to posting. Whenever I see the high gloss finish I think Monster Kolor. One of these days I'll have to try some of it out.
