I've had this Thunder Lagoon mini laying around for a while, so I took an off day and had fun painting this. I definitely want to get more now haha.

Nice colours, it looks really good. What kind of paint did you use? Is some of it metallic or just a high gloss finish?

Thanks! I use citadel paints with a high gloss finish.

Ah, I thought I noticed a little bit of Warhammer style brush work there!

Looks good, dude.

The colors work well for the sculpt and the application, overall, is really nice. I like the way the shell pops off of his back and you did a nice job of bringing out the texture on the body.

To be fair, it does look like you struggled a bit on the teeth. I think the only reason they stand out is because your brushwork is so well done everywhere else.

Still, nice work. 8)

Thanks Dustin and thanks for the crit on the teeth. As I look at it more I totally agree. I'll make sure to tighten that up better in future customs. I was kind of at a crossroads when I painted them white and the loose job I did on them do make them pop out.

Thanks again :)
