Now, if the Gara-rolodex of my gray matter is functioning properly, that is not a custom toy or a resin kit-bash... you sculpted that, did you not? Supremely, jaw-droppingly awesome, Sr... I can't wait for more pics and details on this joyous beast!!!

Thanks all...(knew you'd enjoy this one Mike ;) )

yep, it's a scratch built original sculpt - clay, bondo, epoxy etc. over a wire armature...the only bits we bought were the branches and the decorations...even the eyes are hand painted. took about a month to make (roughly a hundred hours and a hundred bucks!)

This is amazing. He'd look great in a window, everyone would think it's a regular tree from the outside/back view and have a nice surprise when they saw the front view inside.

The one that shows all of the minis-as-ornaments on his back really puts the size of the piece in perspective (Gyango's about 3").

genuinely happy that folks are enjoying the big pink fluffy.

i did take a few artistic liberties with the character (i'm not much of a purist), like the texture on the legs - was going for more of a 'tree bark' feel, i dunno if it comes across or not. and the teeth are a lot more prominent, etc., blah blah...
