I have been noticing some of my Clear Vinyl starting to get these weird Blue spots on them. Has anyone else had this happen? Or know why this is happening?

was it in a baggy against a card or possibly stored next to somehting colored or possibly dyed |

This is actually the third time this has happened with several clear figures I own. Maybe I have a smurf in the house and he's pissing on all my damn vinyl
