mission terminated=caramelized creamsicle. 
A couple people have asked where these guys came from: there are five colorways of the Tsubraya/Yamanaya Garamon figure- these guys came packed with the two red versions, in three colorways: pearlescent red Gara came w/ a blue version (used for mission resist), and the red w/ pink overspray Gara came packed with either a (non-glow) milky white translucent version (used for mission terminated) or a dark green version. |
