So here I am, missed my chance at an S7 13th Box set because I am inexplicably not feeling that bee or that tee. However, I call mighty post teen teenager - Spanboy (fresh from his Union Party victory), and his unabashed enthusiasm stokes a fire deep within me. Newly buoyed, I abscond early from the pennitentiary where I spend my days making license plates, and avoiding picking up the soap. I drive like the wind through stormy streets, pot holes and long lines of traffic.....all to make it before the 7PM witching hour. I miraculously find a space on a nearby non-permit street. Yes, I am feeling lucky. With car ensconsed, I begin my purposeful march down the FABULOUS SUNSET STRIP. I have a meltdown in mind: Finally the 13th box is in front of me, and the bee and the tee are truly spectacular in the flesh, and the box...... the box is so wonderful I feel all those header cards welling up inside me, and i have to show the box my true feelings: and then its over, and I feel satisfied and thank the great rock n roll god in the only way possible: the DOUBLE DEVIL HORNS (with the 1000% saw head thrown in for good measure...oh yes) There u have it, a photo story put together in 5 minutes from request to execution. Special thanks for photos and inspiration: G-man and Spanboy! |

Safari Suit. First glance, I thought you had "rescued" a Safari suit. Then I looked closer. Come to think of it...I might be the only one here who knows what the hell I'm joking about. 70's "suit". |

Yes. I realised a line might have been crossed after I hit submit. I scrambled to stop my comments from going up, but it was like slow motion and ultimately useless. NO one should joke about Safari suits. No one. |

Yup Ike, that is Span. Check out the amazing display case behind me. It contains rare BxH toys amongst other things (a Fink Shit that I have never seen before is particularly noteworthy). There is also a Pushead rarity display too. Worth a visit just to check out the radness in the cab. Even the cabinet has a backstory...ohhh yes and also, if u r of the rich punka persuasion, then they have a ceryain line of Japanese clothing which may well tickle your fancy.... |

That was awesome, although I did not get myself a fear of 13th skullbee I am now somewhat satisfied by living vicariously through your purchasing experience. Now go take pictures of the rare fink shit please. |

cool story Muton. It's somehow much more satisfying when you go to an actual store and get a toy then when it comes to you in the mail. That just may be the hunter and gatherer in me. |

I like both I guess. Anyway, I love going in Span 'cos its always a laugh talking to Yev, and the store is so cool. If I was in SF I'd be at S7 all the time as well. |

Hey Mutonis, are you going to do a sequel in which this new toy - whatever it is - gets it in the face? |

Maybe we should collaborate Hypno, as u r, after all MASTER of the Japanese toy photo story! Actually, my ideas are kind of random and unplanned - as opposed to thought out and meticulously crafted like yours! |
