yes, this was the highlight of the show... coming in second was the Frank Miller original batman cover i saw go for $7K at an auction.

I love this one!

To me it comes across as more of a tribal wooden version. Almost like something you'd stumble across while slogging your way through the jungle with a machete. Just as you lay your hands on the prize you feel the searing hot sting of a blow dart in your neck...

I was thinking more rust than wooden, but looking back at the pics I can see where you're coming from. Great scheme for sure and oI think I like this one the best out of the ones I've seen details of so far.
