Yep, thats me, and that is my sketchbook with the Hitler ugly in it. Kozik then talked Jled into drwing an Uglydoll on the next page. I love Jled, and I pleased with him not to, as this was my first Jled sketch - but Frank is persuasive, and he did it. The end result was not pretty, and Joe admitted to having fucked it up. I persoanlly didn't dig the Hitler theme of the ugly, but the kids in line seemed to love it, as it was so "controversial". I heard later that David Horvath was pissed about when someone posted a pic of my book on KR, and it had to be taken down - is that true? PS. I'm wearing my Beckon the Paining EXistence tee. |

Yep, if u recall, Joe was taking longer to sketch than Frank, so books were being passed ahead for Frank to sketch on. As you can see, I am firmly in the background, and I had no idea what Frank was brewing until he held it up. Various people took pics as it came back to me. |

I can understand why David was mad, but I think making fun of Hitler smacks of a particularly marvelous revenge. I can only imagine Adolf's reaction were he aware of how often he is made the object of ridicule and cruel satire for the very things he stood against. Serves the lousy son-of-a-bitch right, may he rot in hell . . .
