mmm, so I missed out on the Kaws/Stussy deal too I guess, but no matter, as I don't arrived until the next day. However, I just scored some passes for Slayer at Brixton on the 20th - I must put aside my indie tendencies, and surrender to the gods of THRASH Slayarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! |

Hey, if u meet up with Scott, he can take u down there and u can stare thru the windows - ind u, Skruffy and Milhouse will go mental - but thats part of teh fun. Anyway, hope u r enjoying LA. News from London is: not sick yet, YAY! Its cold Saw Slayer - and really enjoyed it, that machine gun bass drum is still in my ears. Even had me a full on VIP pass when I got there (Thanks Shelley!!!!). Turned out it was some package tour called Unholy Alliance II: Preaching to the Perverted. Featuring 4 bands: Lamb of God, Children of Bodom, In Flames and Slayer. Caught half of In Flames set - and with no prior conceptions, these guys SUCKED - boring, no prescense and zzzZZzzz. Slayer on teh other hand - WOO HOO!!!!!!! Despite jetlag, I was pjumping around and punching teh air...despite realizing I was the ONLY person wearing a white tee - seriously! About to see if I can get tix for LITTLE BRITAIN live on Wednesday, and maybe get a scalpre ticket for MUSE at their three night sold out Wembley arena shows. Cheers! |
