Flipping 'eck!

Tonight at swanky hip bar (so hip it's logo is upside down) The Standard it's a KIDROBOT mega event! [expletive deleted] release by everyones favorite deportation escapee Huck Gee, Munny Coloring Wall (strategically placed behind the urinals), 20" D U N N Y show, DJ Peanut Butter wolf, (and much later, DJ Alphabeast).

Obviously, no Skullbrain OG's will be there, or will they?

I'm down for a a trip to the Standard, as I never get to go to hip places, being something of a busy toy geek, and choosing to spend free time at a venue or online.

So, who will I see there? Come over and say hi, I am wearing a BRIGHT Pink shirt, as pink is the new/old punk and pink goes with all. Planning on checking in and out to the event somewhat early, so I can get me to the Troubadour to see Los Abandoned.

Anyone need a Huck Gee My Name is [expletive deleted]? Sign up here. Or post me a PM, I promise not to tell...... until, that is, I want that rare trade item from you

slap Huck for me when you see him and then remind him he still owes me about $200 for ebay fees. I hope you have fun hanging out with a frat boy, wanna be artist who laughs at people who collect toys.

Actually I hung out with my friend Romina and her friend Tabitha, as well as a bunch of friendly people like Jack from VinylPulse, Henry (aka Jordan23) and Jason (From KRLA).

I can't lie and say I didn't have a good time - it was a very fun evening, and perfectly topped off by a mad dash across town to catch Los Abandoned. As well as their own catchy punk/new wave songs, they did a thoroughly vital cover of Los Angeles by X.

More soon.
