Very cool. I own her Anatomical print (bought it for the lady for V-Day) and it's hanging on my bedroom wall. I would definitely goto this if I weren't, oh, a billion miles away.

Great show by Dora. It was nice to see a mix of media. Some prints, some paints and to everyone's surprise, a small group of figures. There was also a great mix of sizes from small 8"x8"ish paintings to large 3'x5'ish prints. Everyone seemed to love the eggs (I do too, but I don't think it's the best one at the show), and I heard nothing but positive words from all types of people. I've never bought flat art in my life. It's usually given to me (which means I can count the number of pieces in one hand)...but tonight, I bought a print :D

...and to top off the night, a philly cheese steak with some buddies.

I should bring a camera with me next time.

the show was great. I've worked at S7 for a while now and never really got to see Dora's originals. All I have to say is that it was eye catching and I loved the simplicity. I am glad i made it to the show.

The show was great. Congrats to Dora!

It was very cool to see the big yellow happy room on lower Haight. Especially since some completely over the top tough guy graff artist was showing upstairs.

Even the weird guy carrying a TV liked the show. Lower Haight makes you feel like you're in the twilight zone sometimes. At least his TV was yellow like the walls...lol.
