this makes perfect sense, but will probably take a bit to work without a hitch... though I know personally how frustrating pms can get, and think in a short while this will make for an even better (if it was possible) customer service machine of S7. we all just have to stop being lazy...the pm was way too convenient (for us)...but if I lose pms because my box is full imagine Josh or Glenn, jeepers... |
