totally, the chinuki has an enormous pair!

the name 'chinuki' comes from chihuahua + tanuki, the traditional japanese racoon dog with the huge testicles.

are there any pictures of the handle on the mug? I know this is an odd request but I seriously need a new Tea/Coffee mug and a good handle if vital.

Yes for sure! We specialize in mugs for gettin drunk. Just add a little chilled Kahlua into the coffee, your hands will be fine.

We never do handles on our mugs... Kinda cheapens 'em in my oppinion.

If you saw my blog I did a self portrait dog. I wanted to add the tanuki extras to it but I figured just doing a self portrait was already pretentious enough.

I really dont understand tanuki though. Must be a painfull life having those draging on the ground at all times. Im not envious at all.

I'm glad you don't use handles. I ordered mine today and I'm stoked. I think a handle is unnecessary as I plan to use this and display it.

As far as hot beverages? Cmon..seriously you haven't had had hot tea before? At the very least have you not eaten at a japanese or Chinese restaurant? They don't give you mugs there. If it's too hot you wait a few seconds.
Maybe I'm biased but I think these are just top notch.

Yo Miles - do you think you'll be doing more Hedoran mugs in the future? I love 'em, but can't afford to buy one. Hoping that maybe down the road I'll get another shot at one of these.

Well.....
I only made one mold which means a maximum of 150 pieces. Im considering making a master mold though to continue it along which would mean an unlimited # possible. Im going to ask Kiyoka what he thinks about it, though I think it will be cool.
Got some other glaze colorations I sent to him that Im totally obsessed with right now that would be rad to release.

Congrats on the show and double congrats on completing the Cumberlain! That's a very special piece for sure.

The mugs are way fucking cool. I'm not even a huge Gargamel Hedo fan and I think they came out amazing.
