Hey folks, Just a quick heads up, shipping was slightly delayed, as we have been 'all hands on deck' packing and preparing for SDCC this week. All shipping will go out the door early next week. thanks! |

Yeah I was kinda wondering the same thing... Also the Membership T-shirt we're supposed to get... What size will it be, or will you contact us? |

Glenn said they would get sizing info from everybody at a later date, as the shirts haven't been printed yet. |

I know SDCC is big for S7 but I'm actually a little pissed they can't even be bothered to send out orders before they leave (as promised in this thread). Of course emails get no response either. How hard is it to throw a toy in a box and have USPS pick it up? Don't have online sales if you're too busy to ship out because of SDCC for two weeks then. It's just as bad as someone having a sale in BST and then saying oh "I'll get to it when I get to it". If you can take the payment ship it out. It's that simple. |

I can only speak for myself, but I don't mind waiting for my order. Sure, I want my goodies right away, but every other experience I've had ordering from S7 has been positive and this time, I'm fully aware of the reason for the delay. I don't think of it as an, "I'll get to it when I get to it" situation...more of an, "I'll get to it once I get done with this huge event that I'm bringing a bunch of rad stuff to that's happening 500 miles away" kind of situation. |

Seems perfectly reasonable, and is something I'm expecting from all of the small-scale retailers I've got orders with right now who are also at SDCC (like Onell). The heads-up is always appreciated tho. I assume this applies to processing for the SSSS as well? My mom and I bought a membership, but we never received a confirmation email or any info on how it works. |

I'm waiting for goods as well and I agree 100% with the statement above. BFDeal if we have to wait an extra week? The S7 family is rock solid. |

S7 is a small operation and SDCC is a huge undertaking for them. Hell, they basically pack up the store and move it to the event! This takes a ton of time and has probably had everybody at the shop hopping for weeks already. Add to that the SSSS and all that includes - new memberships, packing and shipping of SSSS figures, fielding e-mails and the recent launch of the new web site. Everybody wants their stuff but sometimes it's best to just chill. Take a deep breath and go play with your toys. |

I'm well aware of the small operation and how big SDCC is, but a simple reply to my email might be nice. Usually communication alleviates most problems. Also I thought after reading this thread, problem was solved because Josh says "orders will be out early this week". Well clearly with S7 in San Diego that is not happening. |

Well clearly with S7 in San Diego that is not happening. a lot of stuff was shipped to super7 last minute for sdcc, so much work had to be done the last few days before sdcc. i know they were stapling headers like mad men a day or two before (and probably stapling at this moment because of stuff that was sent directly to san diego) |

When I was buying alot from S7, I would let it accumulate in a holdbox for months. Never really understood the "I need it now" kind of thing. |

You know, I was writing a post defending S7 for not shipping prior to SDCC. But then I realized how pointless it was - S7 doesn't need any defending as most people understand the circumstances. |

If they DIDN"T post something saying they weren't shipping until they got back - do you really think you would of noticed? Can't please all of the people all of the time and Lixx none of the time! |

I'm not in a huge hurry to get my figures as long as I know they are going to eventually be shipped. super7 was nice enough to let the ssss pre-order the sdcc figures. |

Not to mention that they are not just sending out ONE box. They probably have several hundred that are sent out in a month. Especially if they get a pre-order shipment in. |
