I don't see what is to be commented on. The company that Stan Lee is associated with decided to proceed with its use of "Super Seven" and Brian and company decided to protect the S7 name and brand. Happens all the time in business. I hope it resolves quickly in favor of our friends! |

What about the Super 7 performance car kits? Weren't they around before the store? And the Super 7 lottery? And the store name was originally an homage to the Ultra Seven. Maybe "super seven" will be viewed as differrent from "Super 7". Or maybe the new comic could be the Super 6, wait...that's been used before, too. |
