I love the kraken. The stance reminds me of this guy from triton of the sea.

Congrats to the winners. Was really hoping to win a Kraken. My last win was in spring 2014 (King Gorilla Ju) and 2 wins in 2011 (both Mecha).

Maybe 200 feet or more , from head to tail. But no one's really sure = because they won't stay still long enough , while attacking passing ships, to get an accurate measurement. :P

Probably in the minority with those disinterested. I don't hate it, I'd say I like 95% of the overall sculpt, but something about the head isn't doing it for me... maybe just weird camera angles (not photogenic)? I like the way the head looks in this photo more:
