Indeed ... Those outside of Japan pretty much have to rely on the retailers that receive SB stuff. Fortunately there are a few including Super7, Span of Sunset, ToyTokyo, Mandarake, Kung Fu Toys, etc. Then of course there's the aftermarket, the best venue for which is the For Sale section right here. |

I didn't run into anywhere in Nakano Broadway that took them, either. i think mandarake is the only one at nakano that takes card.... i learned the hard way with SB,,,queued up for the GID skullpirate last halloween,,with credit card in-hand & no cash...was second to last before they sold-out,,,luckily they held one for me for a few minutes while i scrambled around harajuku on my skateboard looking for an international-money machine (not very easy thing to do in japan sometimes)... |
