I've had it since I've been a little kid, and had it mixed in with others and dug it out recently (I had forgotten about it), and now I want to try to identify it. I'm sure it's some bootleg, but any info about it would be appreciated. here are some pics: 
one foot reads "Toho Co Ltd, 1985" 
other food reads "Imperial Hong Kong" with a little crown is this a straight up bootleg? or is it offical, but just a HK company? |

I think I have a bootleg of that bootleg. Only Godzilla toy I have. From memory it looks pretty much the same - just with out the lipstick and a far darker green over a black vinyl/plastic. Also has silver spray though. I will have a look closely when I get home tonight. |

It's the Imperial Godzilla, a licensed toy, although it was bootlegged a few times. I used to play with mine in the tub, where he'd fight Jaws. |

Does he have a hot date w/ Gamera/??-Those are great even if they are boots..I bought a bunch of newer bootlegs from HK and I love em..They only cost like 10 bucks a piece too. |

This is my version, and it's definitely a bootleg. Only has "Made In China" on the bottom of the left foot. Hard to see but there is 3 rows of spines. Black plastic/vinyl with dark green spray and silver spray on the main spines and chest, tail and nails. Red on tongure and nostrils. Bright green spray on tips of main spines.
