Looks like the plating is only on the head for these guys, not the feet and hand, they look like regular spray... |

Is the gold bee's head plated, or just gold spray ? I am assuming its a chase, and why they are tin-foil blind bagged. |

I see an inperfection on the gold skullbee (right above the light reflection). Mine better not have that or else I'm not buying one!!!!!!!! |

We are both Crome Plating Institute graduates, lets not go down that path... What I am pointing out is that you can see the light refelction on the crome areas as a mirror, the rest of it is just reflecting light... I would like to see a better pic, but I wager Prof. Farnsworth liver I am right. |

Its all good, the 'clearly' line just kinda threw me off. I too was thinking the gold bee's head was plated, but couldent tell the drastic diffrence from the hands/feet and head, like I can on the silver. |

Looks like the gold plating on the bee is diffrent than that on the set. It appears to have a matte finish, while the set looks smooth and shiny. |

I just assumed the Silver was the chase piece with all the Gold ones in the picture, but there is only ONE Gold out of Ten pieces I have a Silver one of course. Still kicks ass in my opinion.
