I bought it from Taco Che a couple of years ago it was just too weird-cool to pass up.

The artist that did the original work is Suehiro Maruo. He does a lot of horror and generally strange comic art. He has done work for Balzac too on thier records covers. I cant remember who made the diorama but I think it was Artstorm as I have a diorama from a another comic he did. This one I think is cover art from the magazine Garo. I cant remember too well, its been a while. Oh yeah, he did a John Zorn Naked City cover in the late '80s too. |

I'm a big Maruo fan, that's an awesome piece I need it. Also check out the 'Maruograph' books, just covers his art. I fell in love with him via Zorn, I didn't get into the cd (too smart for me) but was obsessed w/ the cover art. |
