Yes. Marmit has had Lucky Bags. They never come with header cards. |

They have also released single figures without header cards - but rarely. These would have been very very short production run figures (like a lottery prize figure, say 5 or fewer). They would be in a clear plastic bag, held closed with either a twist-tie or tape. |

I remember those clear blue figures. Jeeze, that was ages ago. I never know what the deal was with those but they were hard to come by then. |
