Those are pretty great sculpts, awesome clearness, beautiful paint----but pipe cleaners?

Why not popsicle sticks or bendy straws?

Is there a precedent for pipe cleaner skeletons among vintage vinyls (maybe Astro-Mu)?

i have seen that treatment in secret base stuff - so maybe it's a modern touch to vintage sculpts?

That Baltan is real nice. gotta contact my "dealer", lol.

The pipe cleaners add a nice touch, although I would have liked to see a thicker one in there, but it might distract too much from the sculpt.

If you see in the toku shows, they always power up with some energy from within. So the sparkly pipe cleaners inside the m1go figs helps it give that effect. That's the way I see it.

There was an announcement/apology on the M-1 site about these saying that were in the process of shipping them out.

I guess some folks got them already, but I'm still waiting on my pre-order as well.

I heard these were event exclusive figures. Can someone verify this?

Author:  hillsy11 [ Fri Jul 13, 2007 11:41 am ]
Post subject:

You are correct. It's an event at a museum in Koriyama City Museum, limited to a "few hundred sets" (per the translation) that go for Y12,000. The exhibit runs through August.

YJP! it is, I guess....
