jl wrote: it could be written "I love W. Bush", I would still like this figure I'd love it more just because it would confuse and maybe anger people. I don't know what HMV is, don't care, those colors ar great, looks cool. Now that we have all clear Zag Bodies, can we get some awesome full sized clear Bakos? PLEASE! |

Hhmmmm still don't care. The basic collecting rule: If I like the way it looks, I wanna get it. Regardless of it being a tool for some big company, that garbage never bothers me. I like the Col. Sanders (though he's his OWN tool) and Hamburgler. I can see how someone would due to the fact , but I'm not punk enough maybe to give a crap? Or I'm just a hopeless toy collector, I like it: I buys it (within reasonable price standards.) The more I think about it being a marketing tool for a big business , the more I kinda like it, makes me laugh. By the way, I'm in no means attacking anyone's opinion, just kinda stating my own, it's early and I've had no coffee and BD6969 w/o Coffee = MAD. Final Verdict: I like it a lot, I'm going to attempt to find it at a reasonable price and than purchase it for my collection. The logo doesn't put me off, if people ask "What's HMV?" I'll make something up because I'll no doubt forget it's for this company. |

The colour is really nice. Just think the logo is jarring. Couldn't they have just put HMV on the header? |

yeah i think it was coke |

yes,,,they did a coke zag...but it was sans logo,,,,so not so blaringly commercial as this one... also,,,the coke one was made in extremely low numbers,,,so more a one-off advertisement than a mass made product (not sure if that makes a difference)... i imagine this HMV zag is probably the same,,,very few made... the colouring looks cool on this one,,,although i would not be buying even if it were available... i am guilty of giving HMV my money though,,they consistently have the lowest prices for new release vinyl records... |

Competition's tough, and EVERY pachi kaiju co is looking for new opportunities - store exclusives, overseas co'ops, etc etc. IMO Gargamel has always had their heart in the right place and has consistently delivered great stuff for reasonable prices. Nakano may be the next stop over on the Chuo, but Koenji rules! |
