M1 Kemur Seijin (called the Silver colorway, though it looks green). According to Club Tokyo database, year of initial release was 1991.

it's been released in a lot of color variants - including a very cool glow version that comes with a repro of the old Bullmark Tokyo Tower (also in glow) - as Taro suggested, check the Club Tokyo website under "figures" to see several variants of this dude.

Kemurujin is the first M1GO Bullmark-style kaiju figure. That started the whole kaiju sofubi revival.

classic - sculpted to match the original proportions of the Marusan/Bullmark Baltan... personally I prefer the later MaruBuru stuff with slightly longer legs and a little less bowlegged crotch space... but this sculpt is a beaut nonetheless.
