Based on the auction results, I find it hard to believe that someone would pay double retail for pieces that aren't even sold out (Marnon, Pop Soda). I wonder if the bidders know what they are buying. |

based on the auction estimates i gather that philips duprey doesn't do much homework before putting thiings on the block....the murakami and aoshima pieces they have up have been selling for 3 times the estimates given. |
