SB made them, so they are 100% SB, but they were a collaboration between Secret Base, Balzac, and Merry, the latter are two bands from Japan.

This is probably a brilliant piece of vinyl fully realized providing not only artistic value but also subtle social commentary on the state of Japanese politics.

Due to my cultural handicap I will never be able to comprehend or even relate to it visually in the way the artist meant for me.

So whats going on in Taiwan? I know Hiddy was there last week doing a bunch of interviews, including one for local MTV.
