the chrome sb line is awful in terms of quality. it flakes off real easily.

yeah i have heard that - i have a chrome skullbrain and its perfect - all i need is a pumpkin one - but yeah, im a tad bit worried about buying one from a random ebay seller - ideally id love to have it in hand to inspect...id even buy one from someone here - but from the bay....i may just have to let this slip by me |

My chrome figures are OK, altho my FG looks a bit spotty. There is a chrome Phantom 8 Man 12" suit - Chrome quality is superb! A chrome death phantom would be really cool also...we can but dream...... |

my chrome barbarian didn't flake but looks like hell with weird coloring in the chrome and various defects visible |

You're right--there's only one chrome pirate. The black and the silver are Bob's Custom Chrome Pirates....

The chrome on my damage brain looks like SHIT! It's flaked off and broken in spots. Both my golden week damage brains look a little jacked up as well but they didn't seem to flake as bad. It's a really cool idea but wasn't executed well. The copper chrome pirate seemed like perhaps they had refined the process a little more, the ones I've seen looked pretty good. |
