Considering it has no header and from the color of the parts alone, that's a "custom" from the parts of the DIY set. or at least it looks like it.

yeah thats definitly the colors from that set, looks like someone sharpied the bones, head and pants. |

really fugly custom...what happens when good DIY bags go bad... reminds me how bummed I was that the body in this set was flesh. |

I don't even think there was ever a Secret Base figure with hands painted in the way that bagman's are. |
